After conducting a survey on issues related to mobile banking and the features that current banking applications have yet to address, the findings revealed that users want more tools to help them manage their money. These include a ledger, the ability to categorise credit card spending, and a summary of spending and credit card debt.

More research also have shown that Thai people are struggling to manage their monthly spending leading to debt due to the lack of financial literacy.

Designing the UI and corporate identity system for Multi-Kard to establish a clear design direction, including the choice of colours, typography, icons, buttons, and logo, ensuring consistency across the application.
The logo design is inspired by the shape of a multiplication symbol, using positive and negative space to create a modern, minimalist look that reflects themes of finance and numbers.

Feedback from usability testing with peers and family highlighted several issues. Users found it confusing to locate where to add a credit card and enter the card number. One tester suggested adding a feature to view past mortgage and loan payments. Some users also expressed concerns about entering extensive debt information manually, suggesting integration with mobile banking apps to automatically track mortgage and credit card debt.

For future improvements, I aim to address user feedback on integrating mortgage, loan, and credit card debt data with mobile banking applications. This could involve syncing information in real-time to eliminate manual entry or exploring whether the feature should be part of an existing banking app for greater convenience.
